Matt Bayliss is the Founder and CEO of Gele, a licensed adult-use brand, currently cultivating 800 square feet of canopy in the great state of Maine.  Matt has been an active participant and advocate of cannabis culture since 1992,  and has been cultivating in regulated markets for over ten years.  BriAnne and Matt unpack how unique the state of Maine is in their cannabis policy, the hurdles Matt has overcome in becoming a licensed operator, and what Matt hopes for the industry going forward.
